Today was the 2013 Middle Half - Half Marathon.
I didn't have a good day and finished with a time of 1:36:45 which is in my normal range. I need to work harder to get under 1:30, but I think I may have hit a physical limit time was. I don't know how much time I'll have to train, but I'll keep on trying.
I ranked 77th overall, and 12th in my division of males 30-34. My pace was 7:24.
